We were representing the MVFFA. At the end of the day, we were tied with a team from the Acadian Peninsula. A tie breaking challenge was called for and Doaktown came out on top therefore crowning us The Provincial Champions for 2008. Congratulations to the team members Scott Stewart, Henry Szymanski, Thomas Colford, Troy Ward, Kale Robinson and David Gaunce. Also we congratulate Lester Logan, who played with the Upper Miramichi team, and was chosen as the Most Sportsmanship player of the day. A special thank-you for those that came over to help cheer us on. Great work team!
